IMA Building Trust(BT), Hyderabad which was formed in 1956 to construct IMA Building and to maintain the premised of 2565 sq. yards.
This land was given on lease by then Government of Hyderabad under the Chief Ministership of Burgula Ramakrishna Rao.
In 1992 the front three satires Building was constructed to expand activities of IMA and its wings.
From March 2019, New Body under the Chairmanship of Dr. N Krishna Reddy has improved all lecture halls with good infrastructure and furniture.
Dining Hall: Flooring &Side scutting from Pulse Diagnostic to Dining Hall, and Flooring from Generator side to till Lift end and scutting also. Dining Hall Doors at entrance are replaced with UPVC Glass, Entrance to Building with UPVC glass door at Pulse Diagnostic, One more at Generator side more UPVC Door in Dining Hall, Fall Sealing & Updating rest rooms and Wash area shifted to Outside.
Dr.G K Kirloskar Hall: New Podium and table mikes were installed with equlaiser new wiring and speakers were added. ALL LED Lights were replaced on dais. Recently in 2020 we have updatd the hall by providing New Steel Chairs and Audio System at the cost of Rs. 5Lakhs.
Dr. Satish Chandra Hall: We have also renovated this hall with ACs and Audio system Rs.2.5Lakhs expenditure on it donated by Immediate Past President Dr. E Vijayendra Reddy.
Other Building Works:

We have installed Solar Power of 20K.V Capacity on 15th Aug 2020 and it is Producing 2000to 2500 units per month with Rs.9 Lakhs
Installed Generator 125KV o supply power to complete IMA Building
Installed R.O Water Plant for the use od IMA Building for Drinking Water.
Provided LED TVs in all the Guest Rooms which were sponsored by Dr G Samaram of Rs.1Lakh.
We are planning to Provide the space for the Past President, Council & Financial Committee in the first floor.
